Heart Piece Guide:
DUNGEONS - Requirements: All dungeon Heart Pieces are available after collecting their corresponding dungeon items.
Gnarled Root: After defeating the orange Aflorix (the orange big flower), the path to the Boss Key is available. However, you can also get this Heart Piece now by going to the far east of the B1 floor where the orange thorns were. Traverse the room and you'll get the Heart Piece there.

Corrupt Cathedral: On the second floor, there appears to be a deadend with 20 rupees. In the room before it, if you wait around for the spinning floor tiles to clear, an arrow will show up, leading to a secret room. Walk through the wall and fall into the pit and then solve the wand magic puzzle to get your Heart Piece.

Helmaic Claw: This Heart Piece is fairly straight forward. On the right side of the B2 floor, you'll find a room with an Anti-Fairy and 4 Sluggulas (slug enemies that drop bombs). Bomb the wall to the left (the map also shows this) and then follow the path to get your Heart Piece.

Frosted Peak: On the first floor, travel to the northwest portion of the dungeon and defeat the Terrorpins (turtle enemies) to progress. Solve the ice sliding puzzle to get your Heart Piece.

Litora Ruins: Go to the northeast area of the ruined village and enter the long house on the right side. Bomb the wall on the left and go through the stairs. You'll open the path to the Heart Piece by doing this.

Sand Winds: You'll need to have a spare key for this one. Travel to the southeast of the dungeon and you'll find a locked door with an eye block. Shoot the eye block and defeat the enemies in the next room to get your Heart Piece.

Forgotten Grave: Before entering the dungeon you can actually spot this one already. When getting through the second half of the dungeon, take the first sol you find with you and return to the beginning of the dungeon instead of progressing. Go directly west from the starting room and use the Possessed Boomerang to lower the barriers. Then use the sol on the pedestal to open the door. The Heart Piece will be waiting outside.

Blazing Sanctum: This one is quite tricky to get. At the beginning of the dungeon, go underground from the first long room to the right. Instead of travelling all the way to the left, stop in the middle of the central room and walk down to take you to the starting room, but now underground. The Heart Piece will be revealed there. An early hint of this is the fact that there are gratings in the starting room which always imply you can access it from somewhere.

Hyrule Castle: After collecting the Silver Arrows, make your way over to the Armoury (northeast of 1F) and shoot the Ganon statue. You'll find an exit to the graveyard of castle town. Find the key in the area (or you can use another key from elsewhere in the dungeon if you found that first) and then complete the trials in the cathedral. After, the door to the sewers is open, which is found in the southeast corner of the castle town ruins. Go through the sewers and then the Heart Piece is yours with a handy shortcut back to the castle.
